Employment Extra – Read all about it!

The long awaited reforms to employment tribunal claims were finally implemented on 6^th April 2012.  The changes are the result of a consultation on employment disputes and the Red Tape Challenge Review.  The review of the Employment Tribunal claims are ongoing and further changes may be expected upon completion of Mr Justice Underhill’s “fundamental review” of Employment Tribunal procedures and rules.  Please click for full details of the employment reforms introduced on 6^th April 2012.
